Dr. Seawell focuses on understanding patients in a holistic manner to set goals collaboratively and to ensure they are getting both what they need and want from the therapeutic relationship. His strengths include reflective listening and communication, as well as creating a comfortable dynamic with patients. He’s experienced with psychodynamic, supportive, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and internal family systems therapy modalities.
